Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We deliver orders through reliable courier and delivery partners. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of our courier partners. In case an order cannot be delivered to a particular location, our team will contact the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or videos of the package and product to help us verify the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Souza Oil Mills will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
