Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be requested to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Due to the nature of edible oil products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products approved for return should be in their original packaging.

Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
